How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up on the homepage, enter your name, email, and password, then verify your email. Your account starts on the Free plan immediately.
What's the difference between Free, Premium, and VIP?
- Free: Access to a limited number of signals per day. Direction and TP/SL are blurred for Premium/VIP signals
- Premium: Full access to all Premium and Free signals, Telegram alerts, portfolio tracking, history
- VIP: All Premium features + exclusive VIP-only signals, API access, priority support, highest signal frequency
📊 Understanding Signals
What do Entry, TP, and SL mean?
- Entry: The recommended price to open your trade
- TP1 / TP2 / TP3: Take Profit levels — the target prices where you should consider closing (partially or fully). TP1 is the most conservative, TP3 is the most ambitious
- SL (Stop Loss): The price at which you should close the trade to limit your loss
- R:R (Risk:Reward): The ratio of potential profit to potential loss. A 3:1 R:R means you stand to gain 3x what you risk
What do the timeframes mean?
- ⚡ 1H (1 Hour): Scalping signals — short-duration trades, typically 2–12 hours. Higher frequency, smaller moves. Requires active monitoring
- ⚖️ 4H (4 Hours): Swing trading signals — medium-duration trades, typically 1–5 days. Best balance of frequency and signal quality
- 🏔️ 1D (1 Day): Position trading signals — longer-duration trades, typically 1–3 weeks. Fewer signals, larger targets, lower maintenance required
What does LONG vs SHORT mean?
- LONG (↗): The AI predicts the price will go UP. Buy at entry, sell at TP levels
- SHORT (↘): The AI predicts the price will go DOWN. Sell/short at entry, cover at TP levels
What does "Confidence" mean?
- High: Strong confluence of multiple indicators. More reliable signal
- Medium: Moderate indicator agreement. Proceed with caution and smaller position size
- Low: Weak signal — fewer indicators align. Use very small size or skip
💳 Billing & Subscriptions
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Subscription in the sidebar → Choose your plan → Pay via USDT (TRC20/ERC20) or Stripe. Your plan upgrades instantly upon payment confirmation.
How do I deposit USDT?
- Go to Wallet in the sidebar
- Choose your network: TRC20 (TRON) — recommended for low fees, or ERC20 (Ethereum)
- Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code
- Send USDT from your exchange or wallet to that address
- Wait for on-chain confirmation (usually 1–3 minutes for TRC20, 5–15 for ERC20)
- Your balance is credited automatically
Minimum deposit: $5 USDT. Always double-check the network before sending.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day refund for first-time subscribers. Contact support@signalscoin.com with your request.

How do I enable Telegram alerts?
- Open Telegram and search for @SignalsCoinBot
- Send the command /start to the bot
- The bot will send you a Chat ID
- Go to your Profile → Notification Settings → Paste your Chat ID → Save

How does the referral program work?
- Go to Referral in the sidebar to get your unique link
- Share your link on social media, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, blogs, etc.
- When someone signs up and pays for a plan using your link, you earn 20% commission
- Commissions are credited to your wallet balance
- Minimum withdrawal: $10. Paid in USDT

Is my account secure?
Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections use HTTPS. We never store plain-text passwords or credit card data. For maximum security, use a unique, strong password and keep your email account secure.
