1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of SignalsCoin's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

SignalsCoin provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading signal platform. Our services include:

• Automated trading signals generated by proprietary AI and technical analysis algorithms
• Real-time market data sourced from major cryptocurrency exchanges
• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics
• Telegram and email notifications for signal alerts
• Demo futures trading (virtual capital only, no real funds)
• Referral and affiliate programs

All signals are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

3. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account with any third party
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

SignalsCoin offers the following subscription tiers: Free, Premium, and VIP. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

• Payment Methods: USDT (TRC20 / ERC20) cryptocurrency deposits, and Stripe (credit/debit cards) where available
• Billing Cycle: Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Annual plans renew every 12 months
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day refund policy for first-time subscribers if you are unsatisfied. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email

5. Wallet & Deposits

SignalsCoin maintains an internal wallet for USDT deposits used to fund subscriptions. Note that:

• Deposits are processed on-chain and credited automatically upon confirmation
• Minimum deposit is $5 USDT. We verify all deposits against the blockchain
• Deposited funds are non-withdrawable once credited to your wallet balance — they are for platform use only
• SignalsCoin is not a bank or financial institution. Your wallet balance is a service credit, not a financial deposit
• Always send to the correct wallet address and network (TRC20 or ERC20). Lost funds due to wrong network cannot be recovered

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our signals, data, or proprietary content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service without written permission
• Engage in market manipulation or use our signals in conjunction with manipulative trading practices
• Share API keys or account access with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access paid features without payment

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SignalsCoin — including but not limited to trading signals, algorithms, platform design, logos, and text — is the exclusive property of SignalsCoin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SIGNALSCOIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SIGNALS WILL BE PROFITABLE. CRYPTOCURRENCY MARKETS ARE HIGHLY VOLATILE AND PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALSCOIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalsCoin, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
